My Journey
My name is Lucas Morales, and my path to spiritual healing began when I was 18. Before that, I had completely shunned spirituality.
I was raised by a pastor and went to church three times a week. I know the Bible intimately, but I never resonated with the way it was taught. The messages I heard often felt misaligned with the love, freedom, and connection I instinctively believed in. Instead of bringing me closer to myself and the divine, it left me feeling confined, judged, and disconnected.
But my story is not just one of religious trauma.
To survive, I created a shell around my authentic
self—not just to shield myself from the harm caused
by religious doctrine but from the emotional,
physical, and sexual trauma I endured. Over time,
that shell became my prison, keeping me from truly
knowing myself, my body, and my own inner wisdom.
I disconnected from my emotions, my spirit,
and my truth. For a long time,
I thought that was the only way to survive.
But when I was 18, everything changed.
I tried psychedelics for the first time, and in that
moment, I experienced something I had never
known before: a profound, undeniable
connectedness to the universe. It was as if
a veil had been lifted, revealing a world that
had always been there, waiting for me to see it.
After that experience, I questioned everything
I knew about who I was and the world around me.
The beliefs I had accepted as truth suddenly felt fragile, and I realized how much of my identity had been shaped by external expectations rather than my own inner knowing. That was the moment my transformation began.
Seeking deeper understanding, I traveled to Cabarete, a small coastal town in the Dominican Republic, where I was introduced to meditation, yoga, and the practice of connecting with deities. For the first time, spirituality felt freeing rather than confining. I began to explore what spirituality could be outside of rigid dogma—something that felt expansive, personal, and aligned with love rather than fear.
When I returned home, my exploration continued. I started reading tarot for friends, discovering a new way to tap into my intuition and the unseen energies that guide us. What began as curiosity became a practice of self-reflection and healing, one that allowed me to connect with others on a deeper level.
From there, my path unfolded in ways I could never have imagined. I found my way to spiritual healers who helped shape me into the person I am today. I've taken classes and spiritual trainings to deepen my practice and expand my understanding of energy, intuition, and holistic healing. I am currently enrolled at the Southwest College of Healing Arts, continuing my studies so I can better help myself—and in turn, better support my clients on their healing journeys.
The Birth of Soul and Soil Healing
As I deepened my understanding of healing, I knew I wanted to create a space that reflected the harmony of all energies—the grounded strength of the earth and the expansive wisdom of the sky, the balance of the divine feminine and divine masculine, the sacred connection between the material and the spiritual.
That’s how Soul and Soil Healing was born.
The Soul represents the vastness of our inner world—the spirit, the intuition, the unseen forces that guide us. The Soil represents our foundation—our body, the earth, the grounding forces that nourish and sustain us. Together, they symbolize the alchemy of transformation, the way true healing comes from embracing both the celestial and the earthly, the energy within us and around us.
I wanted a name that honored both the journey of self-discovery and the sacred relationship we have with nature, because healing isn’t just about the soul—it’s about embodiment, connection, and remembering that we are part of something much greater than ourselves.
You Are Not Alone
This journey can feel isolating, but it doesn’t have to be. You are not alone.
I am not here to heal you—I am here to empower you so you can heal yourself.
I know what it’s like to feel lost, disconnected, and unsure of where to turn.
But I also know that healing is possible, you are not broken, and your soul already carries the wisdom you seek.
My mission is to help you remember.
You are meant to rise.
At its core, Soul and Soil Healing is about one thing:
empowering you to heal, evolve, and rediscover your authentic self.
With love and light,
Lucas
